Nadège Delcin-Garcon
Owner, Nurse Practitioner
Nadège Delcin-Garçon is a nurse practitioner and the owner of Delcin Health Center. She is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners as a family nurse practitioner. She earned both her Bachelor of Science and her Master of Science degrees in nursing at Chamberlain College of Nursing. Nadege grew up on the beautiful island of Haiti. This Caribbean nation is known for its rich culture and variety of dishes. She says the best part of growing up there was that the people of Haiti are dreamers and inspirational.
Nadège Delcin-Garcon offers patients a unique combination of experience, knowledge, and personal attention. With over a decade of experience in the field of Nursing, her areas of expertise include weight loss, high-tech aesthetic techniques, IV Nutrition, Face & body contouring and disease management, and prevention. Her philosophy is to help patients individually achieve their optimal wellness goals. Empowering patients and families through education and giving them the proper tools to live a healthy lifestyle.

Chief Financial OfficerDimitri Garcon
Dimitri Garcon is the co-owner of Delcin Health Center and Kool Optical. He currently serves as the CFO and has been enhancing operations and driving the company’s growth. With over 20 years of experience as an optician, he specializes in fitting glasses and contact lenses, bringing a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the team.
Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)Nathalie Casseus
Nathalie Casseus joined Delcin Health Center in 2022. She is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) through the American Nursing Credentialing Center since 2021. She has a Masters of Nursing degree from St. Thomas University in Miami, Florida. As a medical professional with over 10 years experience in Critical Care, Trauma, and Urgent Care. She assesses, diagnoses, and treats patients in all life stages, from toddlers to older adults. A typical day may include performing wellness exams, advising patients about lifestyle changes to improve health, managing treatment plans, prescribing and administering medications and vaccines, ordering tests and analyzing results, and consulting with doctors and other health professionals.
Medical AssistantErika Sosa
Erika Sosa joined Delcin Health Center in late 2022 as a medical assistant. She is pursuing her Bachelors of Science in Nursing at Nova Southeastern University. She has 4 years of experience as a medical assistant in ENT, pediatrics, aesthetics and primary care. Highlighting achievements such as increasing patient compliance, reducing wait times, decreasing medication errors, maintaining accurate medical records, providing support to physicians, and providing top-notch care.
Medical AssistantPierre Milord
Pierre Milord joined Delcin Health Center in December of 2023 as a medical assistant. He holds a Doctor of Medicine degree from Universidad Tecnológica de Santiago (UTESA) in Dominican Republic. He has 10 years of experience in Urgent Care, Emergency Department, and Internal Medicine. He is aspiring to become an international Medical Doctor. His diverse background allows him to provide comprehensive care and manage medical situations efficiently.
